Kevin Raison, founder of Chatsubo.net.

Over 17 years of experience as both software developer and systems / network administrator. His passion for distributed systems has lead him to keep an active role in the planning, building and maintenance of large system installations, while his interest in artificial intelligence continually drives his work in the implementation of intelligent, distributed software applications. He has brought this combination of skills to bear on projects across many industries, including information security, biotechnology, health care, fashion and cosmetics, music, mobile media, education, real estate, telephony, accounting and finance, and scientific research.

Founder and Principal Consultant of Chatsubo.net LLC, a small IT firm headquartered in Seattle, Washington. Beyond his technical expertise, he has acquired skills in customer relationship management, vendor management, accounting and business process & project management.

He is currently working on two DARPA projects, CRASH and SAT-CIRCA, as well as developing various Lisp-based applications, including a natural language processing system and search engine for the study and classification of English language idioms, a graph database / Prolog engine / RDF store, a lock free skip list implementation, as well as blackboard & agent-based software for automated administration & monitoring of distributed systems & networks.
